Ken, the following instructions should get you sorted out:

Remember to print out and follow the directions to a "T".  As stated in the steps, you will need to download and run RKill or the alternatively named iExplore or eXplorer file.  Also, if MBAM won't run because Antimalware Doctor is blocking it, you can rename the MBAM.exe file to something else like "ScrewYou.exe" before running it.

If you are still having problems, drop it off on your next visit.
